Alwan Poster Gouache, Pot 30 ml, Assorted Colours

Alwan Poster Gouache, Pot 30 ml, Assorted Colours.

Poster gouache is opaque water colour — the same pigments as watercolour, bound so it dries flat and solid and covers whatever is underneath.

That opacity is why it is the standard for design work, posters and colour studies: paint light over dark, correct by painting over, and get flat even areas that scan and photograph cleanly. Thin with water for washes or use it neat for full cover — and re-cap immediately, because gouache dries fast in air.

• Opaque — paint light colours over dark ones
• Dries flat and even, ideal for scanning and photography
• Re-cap immediately — gouache dries fast in air
